Hi, welcome to our family business! Our founder, Howard, spent 25 years in the shoe business where he saw the problem that people had when they needed only one shoe, or needed two different sizes. Back then, you had to buy two pairs of shoes to get one pair that fit your feet. And then you had those two extra shoes. The internet has changed all that. Now it‘s easy to buy only the size you need for each foot.

We price and sell our shoes one at a time, not as pairs.

Here at OneShoeTwoShoe.net, we think shoes ought to make you happy. We know it’s hard to be happy when your shoes don’t fit correctly or when you’ve had to buy twice as many shoes as you need. Most people have one foot that is bigger than the other, but for some, the difference is so great that one foot is always either crammed into a too–small shoe or flopping around in a shoe that is much too large. Now you can purchase a shoe to fit each of your feet. Maybe you just have one foot – you shouldn’t have to buy two shoes. We also think that you even if you have feet that won’t let you buy off the rack, you should still get a choice of brands and styles, just like anywhere else.

We‘ve worked with manufacturers to get you the best possible prices for one shoe at a time. So if your left foot needs a size 8 but your right foot will only be happy in a different size, they can both be happy. And so can you!

Free shipping means higher prices. We want you to get the sizes you need and the best prices as well. That‘s why as of October 24, 2010 we will no longer offer free freight. Instead, we‘ve lowered our prices and will add a one time shipping and handling fee of $9 to each shipment. The more you order — the more you‘ll save!

• We charge a flat rate of $9 per order.
• All orders are shipped by either UPS ground (2-5 days) or USPS.
• We apologize, but we are not able to ship outside the continental US.

Getting the right size is important. If you ordered the wrong size AND want to re-order the same shoe in another size or color, go ahead and place another order right away. Then send us an email to let us know that you are making an exchange. We'll refund the $9.00 shipping fee on your replacement.

Here's how to make a Quick Exchange:

1. Place another order including your credit card information for the new shoe right away. Initially, you'll be charged $9.00 for shipping on your new order but that fee will be refunded. We still offer free shipping on exchanges.
2. Notify us via email info@oneshoetwoshoe.net or by phone (800) 399-9885 that you are making an exchange. That way we'll be sure to ship your exchange for free. Please include your 7-digit order number.

You are responsible for all shipping charges to return the shoes you don't want. We suggest that you use the US Postal Service or take your return shipment directly to UPS.

Unworn shoes purchased before December 1st, 2011 can be returned for a Refund until January 1st, 2012. When returning shoes, please include a copy of your invoice in the box. If you do not have your invoice, you must include your contact information including: your name, address, email address, phone number and approximate date of purchase.

We will issue a refund by check to your mailing address once your return has been received.
